Refund & Returns Policy

Unopened, unused kits in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the item price. Contact us first at support@bijbij.shop to start a return.

For hygiene and safety, opened kits and used or partly used consumable materials (such as wax, resin, soap base, clay, thread and beads) cannot be returned once the seal is broken, except where they are faulty.

If your kit arrives damaged, is faulty, or is missing components, email support@bijbij.shop within 14 days with a photo. We will send a free replacement of the affected items or issue a refund.

Because kits are made by hand at home, we cannot refund based on how your finished piece looks — results vary with technique. See our recommendation and results disclaimer.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return or approving a claim. Return shipping for non-faulty items is the customer's responsibility.

You can cancel a membership anytime; it stays active until the end of the paid period and is not pro-rated. Monthly kits already dispatched are not refundable. Manage cancellation from the Stripe customer portal linked in your receipt email.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under the laws of England and Wales.
