Shipping & Delivery Policy

We ship to the countries listed at checkout, worldwide. All prices and shipping charges are in USD.

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. During busy periods or for custom orders, packing may take a little longer; we will let you know if so.

Standard worldwide delivery typically takes 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and local carriers. These are estimates, not guarantees.

Standard shipping is $6. Orders over $65 qualify for free standard shipping. Maker's Club and Studio members receive free standard shipping.

You receive a confirmation email when your order ships, with tracking where the carrier provides it.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes set by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in our prices.

If your parcel is significantly delayed or lost, contact support@bijbij.shop and we will work with the carrier to resolve it, and replace or refund where appropriate.
